I know it may be a stretch to talk about Kid Cudi for Throwback Thursdays, but here it goes anyways. As any Cudi fan knows, Scott basically came out over a year ago and told the world that he’s over rapping and doesn’t get any fulfillment from it anymore.
Instead he’s been focusing his energy on a rock project with Dot Da Genius, the producer behind ‘Day N Night known as WZRD. In the meantime, that doesn’t mean he can’t please his fans with new rap material.
Well, technically the tracks aren’t new, recorded all the way back in 2000/2001, Cudi has compiled 12 of them into a new mixtape he calls Rap Hard. With that being said, check out Rain and Mr. K.I.D, two tracks off that mixtape that will throw you back to the days before Cudi thought he was a rock star.
